I'm using this site more. I enjoy gaining XP on ranking stuff and writing critiques lately (mainly in the art tab). I used to do this on DA. On this platform it's way more fitting since there's a scoring system. I feel good about this. It feels like a new hobby (I wonder if one day....).

Hopefully I can work more on my profile and add my own content as I use NG more. NG, DA, I like how these two websites both have two letter abbreviations.

I just finished a book called I Remember by Georges Perec. It was charming but if you read it, it's kind of strange so you were warned. I also played Joking Hazard for the first time last night with my wife and friend. It felt great.

It's very late at night but I will be happy about it.

I said in my last two posts that Newgrounds is calling my name. Well I've deposited experience points in the first time since 2011 and that felt good. I just noticed how social this site is and was and I want to really be apart of that. Newgrounds feels like one of the most "real" communities ever and I think it's that way because of what the site revolves around. I've never felt at home with fourms or much online communities. Maybe I won't find a comfy outlet here but I'm going to try.

I've been doing off-campus for a couple of days and I haven't gotten anything done. It bothers me, but tomorrow I have a lot of hope. Life wants to turn slow for me, that's the impression I'm getting. Rediscovery is a part of finding who we are, which are why there are solidified communities... People might want to be a certain way but they won't know if it's for them after they invest in it, or whatever their situation is encouraging or discouraging them to do. But through rediscovery, there's more of a chance... After forgetting and finding again something that still holds true, it's not just sentimental, it's a new beginning. now me, shy in a new scary place will try. trytrytry.

Basically I'm enjoying where this site is, and I've even done my share of blaming and saving. I want to invest more, and people seem really interesting. I even talked in the chat a bit. I'm so glad this place continues to be awesome.

But I think I'm finally coming back to using the site more. Hopefully anyways, it would be rather pathetic to post this only not to use Newgrounds at all, but that could happen. I have changed a lot in the two or three some years off of this site. But for now I'm back, and I hope like last time; I'll make it worth my time. I just hope I can catch up with most of the 'progress' that has been made on the site. I hope it will be worth it.

Yesterday in the seattle area it was a high of around 103 degrees. Being even hotter then Miami on that day. Now today they say its going to be even hotter and with no AC Im a sitting duck in this heat. A stupid person may ask right now: Why don't you just install an AC unit right now? Or even earlier? Well Thats because if you look at a simple thing is (west) washington is cold around 3/4 seasons in the year. So Is it worth $5000 To be cool in only 2 or 3 months? IN THIS ECONOMY? No. But for anyone looking at this if you do have any tips on how to stay cold with out breaking the bank I'll be happy to listen
